Welcoming Our New EVA President, Kate Kruk

By Terri Kirsch, Past President

It is my pleasure to welcome Kate Kruk as the new President of the Electric Vehicle Association.

Kate has served on the EVA Board of Directors for the past four years and has been a dedicated leader within our organization. In addition to her service on the national board, she serves as President of the Capital District EVA chapter in New York, where she has worked tirelessly to advance EV education and support EV drivers in her community.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work closely with Kate and see firsthand her commitment to EVA's mission, her thoughtful approach to leadership, and her willingness to roll up her sleeves and get things done. She cares deeply about our members, our chapters, and the future of electric transportation.

Serving as EVA President has been an incredible honor. I am proud of what we have accomplished together as an organization and grateful to the volunteers, chapter leaders, board members, and staff who make EVA successful. None of that happens without dedicated people who are willing to step forward and lead.

Kate is one of those people.

As I transition from President to Vice President, I am excited to support Kate in her new role and continue serving alongside her on the Board of Directors. I know she will bring her own perspective, energy, and leadership style to the position, and I look forward to helping her succeed.

Please join me in congratulating Kate Kruk on her election as EVA President. I am confident that EVA is in capable hands, and I am excited about what our organization will accomplish under her leadership.

Congratulations, Kate. It has been a pleasure working with you, and I look forward to the road ahead.
