EV 101 Presentations: Have you been asked to deliver an EV 101 presentation to your community? We have a very simple EV101 presentation that can help you educate those in your community. Feel free to add additional info as needed.
Finance and Event Insurance Tools
Check Submission Form: Did you receive a Chapter donation via check at your event? Mail it with this form and it will be designated to your Chapter fund.
e-Reimbursement Form: All expense reimbursement submissions must be pre-approved by your Chapter President or Treasurer prior to the expense can be paid. To be reimbursed for this expense from your Chapter fund, your Chapter President or Treasurer must submit this form to the national Electric Vehicle Association's National Treasurer.
Event Insurance Instructions: Many locations where you host your electric vehicle events require Certificates of Insurance and this insurance coverage is provided at no additional costs to each Chapter. These instructions provide what to email the Electric Vehicle Association's insurance company.
