National Drive Electric Month Begins Friday: EVA Members Are Leading the Charge

National Drive Electric Month (NDEM) starts on Friday, Sept. 11 and runs through Oct. 12, bringing EV rides, test drives, showcases, and community conversations about all the benefits of driving electric.

This year, EVA volunteer members are showing up in a big way. Our chapters are organizing 82 of the 152 NDEM events happening across the country. EVA volunteers are putting in the work to make sure people everywhere have a place to learn about EVs, ask questions, and experience their first all-electric drive.

Find an Event Near You

With 82 EVA-hosted events on the calendar, there's a good chance one is happening close to home. You can find events two ways:

Whether you're EV-curious, already driving electric, or just want to see what all the excitement is about, there's an event with your name on it.

Thank You to Our Chapters and Volunteers

None of this happens without the people behind it. To every EVA chapter that stepped up to organize an event, and every volunteer who's giving their time to plan, staff a table, or bring their own EV: thank you! Your work is what turns National Drive Electric Month from a national campaign into hundreds of real conversations happening between neighbors and friends.

EVA is again one of the partners organizing National Drive Electric Month. We appreciate all the support of national sponsors General Motors, Stellantis, Edison International Foundation, and Climate X Change.
