The Siskiyous & Oregon Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Association (SOHEVA) is a group of electric vehicle owners and enthusiasts with the desire to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in Southern Oregon and Northern California.
We merged with Shasta Electric Vehicle Association and are a chapter of the Electric Vehicle Association.
