The Itinerary

Day 1: Friday, August 15 – Kick-Off in La Crosse

The adventure begins in the scenic city of La Crosse with an evening of fun and community.

  • 5 - 7 PM: Road Trip Dinner
Registered participants will gather at the Radisson Three Rivers River View Restaurant & Bar for a casual meet-and-greet dinner. It's the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow drivers before we officially hit the road. (Note: This first part is for registered attendees only and attendees will be responsible for the cost of their own meals).

  • 7 - 10 PM: Public Kick-Off Reception & Celebration
Following dinner, you'll head upstairs to the Iowa Room for our official Kick-Off Reception! This event is free and open to the public, so bring your friends and family! We are also extending an invitation to local EV owners, environmental groups, politicians, EV-friendly dealerships, and Western Technical College automotive students.
    The reception will feature:

    • Live Music: Enjoy the incredible sounds of David Zollo and Brian Cooper of "David Zollo & the Body Electric."

    • Cash Bar: Grab a drink and mingle with fellow EV enthusiasts.

    • Silent Auction: Bid on some fantastic items to support the chapter and the mission.

Want to join the full Road Trip? If the kick-off party gets you revved up, you'll have the chance to officially sign up and join the chapter for the rest of the journey!
