The Electric Auto Association recently teamed with First Energy, Potomac Edison, and the Maryland Multifamily Housing Association to present to multifamily property owners on the incentives and projected adoption rate of electric vehicles (EVs) in Maryland and across the U.S.

As demonstrated by the graphic above, the consensus was clear. With 40 models of EVs available in the U.S. today and hundreds more coming online over the next decade, the question is not, “Will a tenant ask me where they can plug in their EV?”The question is, “When?”
